I am a daycare vetern. My older son has been in 4 daycares but this is my younger sons first daycare. My older son has been abused at the first 2 daycares he attended and we had to leave the 4th due to moving and school pickup issues. The staff at this Kids R Kids is overall a very caring group of people who due their very best to take care of my children. Yes we have had some issues but the problems have always been dealt with in a timely manner to my satisfaction. As a mother of 2 sons I know that the teachers can not watch my kids every single second, its just not possible, so little things will happen, but nothing that is not normal for kids and that wouldn't happen at home. The front desk staff always greet me and take time to listen if I have anything I need to talk to them about. The teachers have called to make sure someone (a grandparent) was okay to pick my son up since I hadn't let them know ahead of time. I feel very confident that even though I have to work and let others help raise my children, I have them at a daycare that takes pride in their work, cares for my children to their upmost best and cares for my kids as though my sons were theirs!
