My wife and I actually had a great experience here. I'm shocked by the other 2 reviews of Diem Xuan's wedding store. I feel obligated to write this review given the very pleasant experience I had. I have no relation with Diem Xuan, but I must say that as a person who works in customer service, the service my wife and I got from Diem Xuan was excellent. She was up front about her pricing (very affordable), everything was in writing, and Diem Xuan and her staff (including her son) were soooooo nice and accomodating. I mean, her son spent the ENTIRE day with us for the engagement photos and didn't complain once. He was really nice and the pictures looked awesome. Diem Xuan herself worked her tail off doing my wife's makeup multiple time on the wedding day. She didn't want anyone else to do it because she wanted it perfect. Overall, the service was great.
