Review content:
I was back in town for the holidays and had Sunday brunch at Bellevue Bistro for the third time now. It's been delicious every time. I got ""the Bellevue"" sautee for the second time, which I highly recommend. It comes with eggs, cheese, and goetta served over rosemary potatoes. After it's prepared, it's baked for a few minutes and served in the cast-iron skillet it was baked in, meaning your breakfast stays hot until the last bite. Cheese melted over the eggs and potatoes was perfect. Coffee was also very fresh and tasty. \r

The servers were prompt and friendly. One server offered us coffee while we waiting near the counter for an open table after walking in from the cold. Not sure why the last reviewer thought the service was bad. The decor from local artists makes it a great setting to eat and relax. \r

I had a lunch salad there about a year ago that was tasty too. Looking forward to being back in town so I can go again.
