Review content:
Heritage Park is the worst complex I have ever lived in. They refuse to fix or ""make promises"" to take care of things that need to be tended to and never come through. Example 1) My A/C breaks in the middle of the summer and during a ""heat emergency"" and NEVER gets repaired... to this day its not fixed and this was months ago. Example 2) You know how you have a ton of dishes after Thanksgiving? Well, I cant do my dishes because they have refused to send a maintenance ""person"" down to fix my sink. It smells discusting in my apartment right now. So, if its a weekend or holiday dont count on getting anyone to fix anything .... it wouldnt matter if your apartment was on FIRE they still wouldnt care. \r

Horrific management, maintenance, and worse yet... some of the tenants. Police are called here nearly daily regarding some moronic domestic dispute. \r

I am just glad my 1 year lease is nearly up and I can get my family out of this worthless place called ""Heritage Park"". What a joke.
