As a board member at a local southern, NH community I was shocked and truly disappointed to find out that Granite Commercial Group submitted a proposal to manage our community after we fired their sister company Shawmut Property Management. If you do a little digging you too will see that this Chameleon of a company is the same one and will serve their clients no better than the original. Nice try guys, but the cat is out of the bag...
