Mixed emotions about writing this, but they did pass along a dog that bit two people and attacked two other dogs. When I called them to inquire what to do about the dog's behavior they immediately replied ""no refund"" and that the dog was my problem now. Nice, was not calling for a refund on a dog. Good to know that they consider their animals as products, however. They created a buffer by selling us the dog through their distribution channel. We live in Lakewood, CO and they are 100 miles away. Cost us $2000 extra for stitches, vet bills, including having the dog euthanized. The manager, Crystal Tweeter, amateurishly edited our email conversations and fabricated hearsay information in her response to the BBB complaint. They are an independent contractor that submitted the lowest bid, to the city, for the right to profit on dog rescue. They are separate entity and not part of city or county government. Their ""solution"" to our problem was offering me a free visit to their site; a 200mi. trip at my expense. Proceed with caution and/or request info from me. - MP Ivancich
