My initial impression of this office was really good. It is in a nice office building in Eden Prairie and I heard advertisements for it on 107.1, so I thought it would be a good place to try. I've seen two doctors at this place and they seemed generally knowledgeable and pleasant to deal with. I was pretty nervous about seeing this type of doctor for the first time, but they made me feel so comfortable I forgot what they were doing. My only problem is with the lab and nurse staff. From my experience, every time I dealt with them they were just extremely lax in their level of professionalism. Not only that, but they ""lost"" two samples of blood that they took from me for important testing and they also ""lost"", or in the nurses words ""accidentally dumped"" a urine sample that I gave. So I have had to make extra trips just to come back and fix their mistakes and that is simply ridiculous. People who work in a lab should be in communication with the doctor, and ""accidentally losing or dumping"" blood samples is just unacceptable. If it had happened one time it would be one thing, but three times? That speaks volumes regarding the sort of supportive staff that they hire in their lab.
