We've had a service contract with this vendor for the past 3 years and it's been pure hell working with them. For one, the owner Ralph is a the most arrogant, ignorant and unprofessional human being on earth! He has no respect for his customers and bullies them when we call to ask for service. By far he is the most unprofessional one in the entire company. He yells and argues with his customers and purposely delays the mechanics to show up after 4 PM when the automatic overtime fee starts.\r \r His mechanics are somewhat unstable mentally and sometimes emotionally and most don't know what they're doing. We got billed for replacement parts that we found still in the box, hidden by the machines on our rooftops. We had reoccurring problems that lasted days, weeks and even month, in fact Ralph, the owner blames us for the problem and on many occasions refused to send in a technician. We've had several server failures due to the extreme heats in our computer rooms which we had to resort to our emergency portable A/C because this company is totally unreliable.\r \r Besides the poor services, the scams on the parts they supposedly installed, it is in fact the owners and some of his employees bad attitude, bad personality, lack of courtesy, professionalism and respect for their customers and their needs that makes this one of the worst air conditioner companies we've ever dealt with. Because of these wonderful problems, we're faced with irreparable damages cause by servers and phone service going down because Temp-Rite wouldn't come in to tend to emergency calls till very late in the day or not even until the day after.\r \r Don't be fooled by them! They are the very worst Cons: Abusive to their customers, do not respond to emergencies & overpriced
