I've been going to Ava's Salon and Spa for years an have always been treated like a good friend there. The staff, and Ava herself, have been professional and are all good at what they do, The Salon would not have lasted there for 10 years or so if they weren't. What strikes me as fishy is that the reviews are all five stars until the last few months and then the place and staff are getting trashed over and over in a short time span. Doesn't this smell of disgruntled employees? While I can understand if an appointment gets cancelled I just don't believe that this happens repeatedly. I've seen bridal parties and groups of women in together and they are having a fabulous time. It's not the biggest or the fanciest, but it is clean and the staff is great. Don't believe everything you read . . .remember that the internet gives people courage to write what they would never say out loud if their identity was known. That's just sad.
