OMFG... I BOUGHT A LIVING SOCIAL FROM ""AVA'S"" OR WHAT THE HELL THE PLACE IS CALL COUPLE MONTHS AGO AND I HAD MY APPOINTS CANCEL NUMEROUS TIMES, NOT ONCE OR TWICE , I MEAN FOUR TO FIVE TIME AND I GOT RESCHEDULE EVER SINCE MARCH..... NO WONDER I UNDERSTAND THE OTHER NEGATIVE REVIEWS....I DON'T KNOW WHAT AVA'S SALON IS UP TO BUT I 'VE NEVER BEEN THERE AND TALKING TO HER OVER THE PHONE I COULD FEEL THE DISHONEST AND DECEIVING ALREADY THAT THIS PLACE WAS A SCAM..THANK GOD I DID NOT PURCHASE THE COUPLE'S MASSAGE OR WOULDN'T EVEN RECEIVE ANY WINE LIKE THE OTHER REVIEWS THAT EXPERIENCE THIS ""PROBLEM"". WELL I'M GETTING MY MONEY BACK BECAUSE I KNOW THEY WILL TRY TO RESCHEDULE MY APPOINTMENTS UNTIL THE EXPIRATION DATE, THEN LIED THAT THEY DON'T ACCEPT ANY MORE APPOINTMENTS...WOW!!!!!!!!!! I FEEL SO BAD FOR THE REST THAT DID AND DID NOT RECIEVE THE SERVICE.....I HOPE ""AVA'S SALON AND SPA"" OR ""AVA'S ON GRAND "" , IS FORBIDDEN FROM FRAUD ADVERTISEMENT. VERY DISAPPOINTED...VERY BAD BUSINESS OWNER....
