All of your staff that we dealt with – from marketing, to office staff, to site survey, to installation, to inspection – was helpful, prompt, and responsive. Our paperwork was handled smoothly and quickly. Your installation team was professional and informative. They performed quality work with attention to detail, and left the site tidy through the process. We were kept aware of the follow-up items with inspections and paperwork as a result of your great communication.
It was really a smooth project to go through with Peak Power. You clearly demonstrated awesome customer service throughout the process, and we thank you for that.
