Since the old manager and staff left HSBC last summer the quality of customer service has gone down hill. The tellers are the same and they are friendly and courteous. However, there is often only one working which creates long lines. The new manager is ""in training"" and is never seen. The rest of the staff don't seem to care about customers. There is one woman usually at her desk, but she is a bit aloof and it seems like one is bothering her asking for help or information. She is also often eating or at least has some type of drink on her desk. In a bank setting that is inappropriate. As with everything else these days, the customer is no longer king.
