Businiess name:  Steam It Kleen Carpet Cleaning

Review content:
I had a coupon for 5 rms & hall at $129.95. Price verified by calling. Tech arrives on time but informs that there's an addt'l $5/room for any room with stains. I had three simple stains, 2 were beverage spills. Plus, there's tax. All total, instead of being one of the least expensive, they were one of the more expensive. Tech did all rooms in good time. After service, the floors were soaking wet as though water had been dumped on the carpets but retracted in any way. Tech said it takes 8 hours to dry. 14 hours later (we left overnight) and the floors are still wet. Several traffic stains are present, previously camouflaged by water and designs from the carpet cleaner apparently. When handing over pymt, I was given a contract to sign (after the fact, mind you) and it says that any guarantees are void, any stains remaining cannot be removed, waiving all rights, etc. We're hoping there's no mold/mildew in the carpet padding as a result of all this water saturation.
