I gotta say they are very good with their customers and flexible as well. Arizona Termite Control technician who came over to check out the house gave good advice on rats, roaches, and gave a fair price on the termite treatment. I later called about a couple of cockroach sightings after ordering a termite treatment and instead of trying to talk on another treatment, they advised me on how to reduce the occurrences with absolutely no pressure on me to commit to their other services. Great customer service!
