Arizona Termite Control contractor came and did a perimeter check and we talked about rat behavior. The inspector did the service honest and quick . He came back when he said he would, checked all my traps and found a huge rat. After the sealing of entryways, etc. I haven't seen a single new sign of rodent occupation.
