Review content:
These folks charged a $125 non-refundible fee to give a repair estimate. Then one of their guys said that I needed new bearings but had to buy a whole motor to fix it. They quoted $300 to $500 and said that I would still have to pay the fee even if it does not work after the repair. Then after spending all day trying to fix it he left and said it was almost ready but someone else could come to finish later. Another guy came, and after 2 hours told me that the whole framework of the interior mount is fractured and requires replacing the whole interior unit (about $500 more) rather than just the frame. After asking the boss (Bravio) for a quote he told me that I need to replace both the interior and exterior unit ((about $1500 more) because of the fracture. So I asked them for an estimate, and he said that he would call later. I made Several calls with no return call. Gave up and tried someone else that told me that there was no fracture. The new guy replaced the motor for $75.
