Review content:
This is possibly the worst management company we have ever experienced. When we first moved here we never received all of our keys. We had to go to the post office and buy our own mail keys because they took so long to provide them. We didn't receive our garage key until about 4 months after we lived here. The manager of our apartments is always rude and unprofessional. She is very forgetful and then usually comes up with a way to blame us for her mistakes. She is threating to tow our car now because we hadn't given her our old garage key and opener, when she still hasn't provided us with our new keys and opener...so where are we to move our car? This is the worst experience I have ever had living in an apartment. I thought they were supposed to be concerned and helpful, but every time we have a problem it's such a huge hassle for them! Another thing is the heat. They pay the heat here, but when it didn't get above 60 degrees in our apartment it was our problem. We had a new born and we're just supposed to deal with it. It took them 3 weeks before they sent anyone down to put plastic over our windows. I have never been so upset with another company and I plan to complain directly to their leasing agency and go above them....enough is enough.
Pros: The apartments themselves are very nice
Cons: Don't expect to get any help or professionalism from the management
