Heard this shop was honest and paid top dollar. They gave me a fair price for my metal, but....Here's my story. I went in to this shop to sell a bunch of old/broken jewelry (gold, silver and platinum) One of the items that I included, turned out to be a small silver bracelet that was of great sentimental value to my wife. As soon as I got home, my wife discovered my mistake. We called WS Coins immediately (maybe 90 minutes after the transaction took place), I explained what happened and asked if they could pull back the bracelet. I was informed all my items, along with a copy of my purchase order, had been sealed in a bag and were on a 30-day hold (required by Seattle PD), and that no one including them could open it for 30 days. I was told to check back in 30 days. Well, 30 days later I did check back and discovered that the bag with my purchase order and items had ""magically"" or ""conveniently"" disappeared. Staff was very condescending when I asked how this bag--sealed tight--for 30 days could all of a sudden just vanish into thin air. I'm paraphrasing here, but I was essentially told ""tough s---t"" What do I think happened? I think someone as WS Coins saw the bracelet and liked it....so they took the bracelet, probably before it ever made it into the 30-day hold. When I called them and told them of my error they covered their tracks by telling me the bag with my Purchase Order and items couldn't be located. They didn't give a damn about me as a customer and I will never do business with these crooks again, and urge you all to look elsewhere too.\r
