This company advertises heavily in the local junk mail coupon flyers. Their advertised prices look very competitive...but watch out! I recently took them up on their $60 Lube & Tune special. The office manager, Cheryl, confirmed this price on the phone when I scheduled a Saturday appointment. When the service technician presented me the bill however, there was a $15 ""fuel charge"" tacked onto it. I was not informed about any such add-on charge when I scheduled my appointment, nor do their coupons have any small print to say there might be. Never mind that I live well within city limits and a whopping 4 miles away from their office. Of course, the office was closed Saturday so I couldn't call on the spot to dispute it. Also, I decided on the technician's advice to have my springs replaced for an additional $175. Later I learned the going rate for those parts is half that much from any other shop. In fairness, the technician did a thorough job of his work and he was at it for about 90 minutes without charging any overtime. In sum, they did a good job, but I feel cheated by their hidden charge and highly overpriced parts.
