RIP OFF! False representation and pushed things did not need! Make appt with a women and she said no surcharge to come out to house. Lie., charged $15 fuel charge. I called back on day of appt, talked to Ryan, owner, said 1 door not lowering all the way. He said an adjustment was properly all that needed to be done. This is part of a lube and tuneup on a door/opener and they had a special for $60/door. I had coupon for that amt. also. Repair man on time, BUT 1st thing he says is I needed was rollers. I asked if this would fix problem. He said yes, plus doors will be quieter. After 150/door, plus 60/door for lubing and adjusting, total $ 450, he said I needed new door opener on door that was still not lowering. Said rollers had lifetime warranty, I got no warranty in writing, just billing receipt.\r Called around after this for rollers; average was charges/h , + rollers/door, $50-$60/door. Overhead Door highest price was $97/hr+$25 fuel surcharge, $60-90/door depending on roller, lubing/adjusting opener would be included., should take ~ 30 mins/door. TOTAL 120+125 = <250. I DO NOT KNOW WHAT ROLLER TYPE I GOT FOR $150, A1 person out here less than 45 mins. BOLTS on hinges that hold rollers lose and ready to fall off. LAST STRAW- my husband looked at doors afterwards said door was hitting sensor that detects when door is closed. He adjusted that and all works. $450 FOR WHAT, THINGS I DID NOT NEED, THANK GOD I DID NOT BUY AN OPENER FOR $350. \r
