Review content:
When I read the review by jlvollmer, I was astounded. I know the owners of this business and they are highly respected in the community. They have many clients throughout the area, both residential and commercial. When I spoke with the owner about this complaint, I got a vastly different story. Here then, according to the owner, is What Really Happened:\r
\r
Customer calls and requests service. Company explains to customer that they are happy to flush his system but cannot guarantee a permanent fix . . . because THEY DIDN'T INSTALL THE SYSTEM! Sure enough, about a week later, the problem recurs. Customer calls to have it flushed again. Company explains that they won't be able to get to it for another 2-3 days. Customer calls the next day demanding to know when company will be there. Company reminds customer that they've already explained it would be a couple of days. Customer rants. Customer calls again and chews out the mother of the owner (who simply answered the phone), calling her an ""idiot"". Owner calls to inform customer that this is unacceptable and that he will no longer do any work on his behalf. Customer doesn't answer. After several tries, owner leaves message which, while perhaps mildly threatening, was both provoked and justified; i.e., customer made it personal.\r

jlvollmer says this company doesn't guarantee their work. That's not true. They just can't guarantee somebody else's work. jlvollmer also complains that the company can't get to him according to his timetable. Ironically, vollmer is actually making the case for this company, because only companies that are in-demand get backlogged (requiring work schedules), and only good companies are in-demand. In short, this is a highly qualified, professional business. They are respected and respectful. Call them and ask for references. Don't listen to the ravings of one disgruntled individual with nothing better to do than rant about a $50 job that he was warned ahead of time would not be sufficient.
