Our first appointment with Mike was in Feb. 2011. We were very specific with our needs for our daughter's wedding. After several emails and phone calls we felt it was necessary to take time off from work to meet with him in person. We went from San Antonio back to meet with Mike again mid July, 2011. After this meeting he still had mistakes on the contract proposal. I sent an email with very specific corrections and several deletions. He immediately sent me a very terse statement that he was withdrawing our contract proposal and would not work with us. I immediately called to find out what had brought on the rude dismissal. He was very aggressive and rude on the phone. Said we had refused to pay him any money. With all of our other vendor contracts we have only paid the deposit when the contract was agreed to and signed by both parties. When I informed our caterer who had recommended Mike and been with us at the first meeting she called Mike. He confirmed exactly what I said he had said on the phone with me. We are now without any rentals: tents, dishes, everything needed to host a wedding outdoors. He is very disrespectful and surly. Go anywhere but here for your rental needs!
