I never got past the initial phone call with these guys. They were condescending and rude -- they spent too much time talking about how the other companies I was contacting were lying to me and not enough time telling me how they would accomplish our move. When I called them on their treatment of me, I was told they had 'standards for their customers' and that they were no longer interested in my business. I have honestly never been treated this way by customer service reps before. I wouldn't waste your time with them -- there are better folks out there.
