Review content:
I love LOVE Dave's Fresh Pasta. I can't fully proclaim how much I love Dave's. Just for a sampling, I will relay my purchase and dinner tonight. Artichoke and fontina ravioli-soo good, I'd never had that combo so I didn't know what to expect. The filling was just a perfect marriage of cheesy and artichoke. We put a little of their eggplant marinara sauce on top. This sauce is one of my favorite tomato sauces. Big chunks of eggplant and the right amount of sweetness. Smoked mozzarella, cuz I was craving it, and Vintage Gouda. I got the gouda b/c it was out as a sample. I love that Dave's lets you try so many things so you know you like it before buying. We also got a half pound of whole wheat fettucini, but that's for tomorrow night.
I've had their sandwiches, and various dips/spreads (the lemon artichoke spread is divine).
It's really a quality place with pretty much everything you could need, including wine and fresh produce. Just don't fill up on the tastings right before dinnertime. Like I always do.
Pros: evvvverything
Cons: um, pricey?
