Review content:
First, let me say. I am a HGI member. I always stay at the Hilton no matter what city I visit. I stayed at the Kenner location a few years ago. It was okay. I will never stay at this location again. I arrived one day earlier than my husband. The next morning, I noticed their was black mold in the bathroom The hotel manager did not think this was an issue. He refunded me my money back. The second night, my spouse and I arrived late. I thought I was in a dorm building. I knew to asked for another room when I saw another guess carrying beer and young children going with them. I knew they were not planning on going to sleep anything soon. I asked for another room. This time we were given a room on the first floor next to the boiler. I was so tired that night, I did not notice the noise. The third night, I was up all night tossing and turning because of the boiler next to my room We checked out that morning. We were given two complimentary breakfasts for the inconvenience. The breakfast was great. The employees were great. Almost of the Hilton Hotels are renovating their guest rooms. This location obviously did not get that memo. I forgot my husband found a bra behind a chair in one of the rooms. Don't know how long that was there. If you are hanging out late at night. You will not have a well lit place to park when you get back to the hotel.
