Review content:
I have to say I was pretty disappointed in Miss Marple?s. I went there as part of an office Christmas Party, and I wasn?t expecting much out of the play. The play was in fact very corny, so in that way it delivered exactly what I expected. I was a little surprised at how simple (read pointless) the mystery was. My real disappointment comes from the food. It was just bad. It was not appetizing to look at, and just screamed bad preparation. The chicken was cold and dry, the green beans looked like they just dumped them from the can onto my plate, the piece of meat I had was mostly fat, and although the potatoes were hot, they lacked completely in flavor. There was nothing wrong with the ice cream for dessert, but how could you screw up ice cream. I?m not in anyway a picky person, but if I had paid for this I would have sent it back. So all in all, the play was what you would expect and the food was a giant disappointment. Pros: BYOB Cons: Food was awful
