Review content:
I decided to go the Trail motors after i was in a horrible accident that left my car totaled. I heard only good reviews from friends. I purchased a Chrysler Cirrus but the car has alot of problems. I do not blame trail motors for this since it is a used car. I have a warrenty on it, and Bruce (the owner of the dealership) has been nothing but helpful. Everytime i had a problem with the car he would have it in that day and fixed by the next. He even extented my warrenty on the car just incase there were anymore problems that may arise. Not only did he look over and fix the car, but to play it safe, i took it to my mechanic and also took it to another mechanic (his choice) to make sure all was well. Bruce went above and beyond to make sure the car was in good condition, and like i said, i do not believe they knew all these problems were present when i purchased it. I would recommend him to anyone for the simple fact that he fixed ALL the problems, and has been pleasant through out everything that has went wrong. I RECOMMEND TRAIL MOTORS!
Pros: Honest, good prices, buy here pay here
Cons: None at this moment in time besides the car being in the shop alot, but i cant complain, he is fixing everything.
