I have been going to Susan's shop, Snippers, for 6 years. I have 3 rescue yorkies...one who was severely abused, one who was neglected and has neurological damage from a bad breeder and one who is a typical hyper yorkie pup. They are my family and I love them like children. All three go in together and in a few short hours come out looking and smelling fantastic! They also are completely relaxed and rejuvenated. Susan treats every dog as though they are her own. Even my Teddy (the dog with the history of abuse) trusts her. She and her assistant Donata are gentle and sweet to all 3 of my dogs. They are bathed together and groomed together and placed in a cage together when they are done so they have no anxiety and are there for a minimal amount of time. She uses top quality products and listens to every instruction I give her about grooming each differently. I am a perfectionist and have never found another groomer with her same level of skill, attention to detail, sweet personality, professional knowledge and love of animals. Over the 6 years Susan has also let me know of dental issues, ear infections, sore paws, gland problems and other issues I would not have noticed on each dog, which allowed me to catch and treat any problems before they became serious. I would not trust my dogs with anyone else.
