My write up is not about their pricey items, but rather the poor service. I have tried to shop at the store for three occasions and each time the store was closed for what seemed a long period of time. Once it wrote went to the bathroom and will return in ten minutes. I waited there for about forty minutes was disappointed and walked away. Another time, close to 8:45 pm, the store was already closed and dark. I was told that they're open until 9 pm and they were not. The next time I went by, again, the doors were locked with a sign posted for bathroom break. I was talking with another customer and she said she has missed them on several occasions when they were out if the store. We both waited for an hour when I decided I had to do other things.
I have actually been able to shop at this store. I went through and purchased a few items. I had purchased a special soap to find that upon opening the wrapper, the item had sort of decomposed in the wrapper. I brought it back and the owner said I was not able to return or exchange it.
I'm never shopping here again!
Pros: They do carry soaps and candles
