Review content:
I heard good things about Memories of Me, but my introduction presentation was very disappointing. We were rushed and felt as though we were an inconvenience to the representative. The photography was nice, but nothing exceptional. They offer 3 packages that are basically set in stone. They are not really willing to negotiate on the packages or prices. And their prices are not competitive - they are on the high side. Plus, they have a set number of color and black and white photos. If you wish to adjust this number, then the price goes up. A direct quote from the presenter is, ""Our prices never go down"", so I guess that means they only go up. Also, when we mentioned some ideas we had in mind, they showed no interest whatsoever. All in all, they were not accommodating in any way, shape or form - and this was during the introduction, which is the time when they are trying to win your business! My advice - avoid them at all costs.
