Review content:
We went to Imperial Dynasty last Saturday. The manager Sophia and server were wonderful. They recommended Tony's Special Eggplant w/ Shrimp and Mongolian Chicken & Beef. It took about 30 minutes to get food. Eggplant was lightly breaded then stir-fried. I have never tried this kind of eggplant before, which was not saucey but very tasty. Mongolian Chicken & Beef had lots of scallions in the dish and the meat was fresh and delicious. My family really had a good time dining at Imperial Dynasty.
Pros: Food is consistent and delicious.
Cons: You will take a little longer to get meal when they are busy.
