I've been going to Cost Cutters in Pittsfield MA or Torrington CT for years. Yesterday I got the WORST HAIR CUT OF MY LIFE at the Torrington CT Cost Cutters!! I didn't get the hairstylist's name, but she was a very skinny young woman with brown, straight shoulder length hair. All she had to do was trim my hair, yet she CHANGED my hairstyle without asking me. She aslo did not cut enough, even though I mentioned that it didn't look like 3/4"" of hair falling on the floor. I will now have to pay for yet another haircut to fix this! It will NOT be at Cost Cutters!!!!
