We asked B&F Ceramics for a recommendation of someone to inspect the tile work done on the house we are having built. They recommended Kenneth Lamb Ceramic Tile & Marble. This company did a thorough and excellently documented evaluation of the tile installation, which is exactly what we needed to use in communication with our builder. At our request, Kenneth Lamb also provided a proposal to strip out and redo the tile. The total cost (including stripping out the old tile) was signficantly lower than what was being charged by the builder for the original horrible installation! We look forward to Kenneth Lamb doing this work. They are a highly professional quality company.
