I stopped into Groomingdales on a whim after visiting the Collegeville Farmers Market, and I'm so glad I did. I have two chihuahuas who both hate having their nails trimmed. I used to try to wait as long as possible (maybe a little too long) between trims because it was so traumatic for them; one usually has to be muzzled because he reacts so badly, but not at Groomingdales! The staff was friendly and patient; they had no problem handling my pups. I was amazed at how 1 tech in particular was even able to calm my most anxious dog (I wish had gotten her name). Their prices were very reasonable compared to other chains and private groomers I've been to. These ladies are great!
