Mke, the owner, is one of the most unscrupulous business men I have encountered yet. He quoted 20 hours for a simple cabinet project at $55 per hour for him and $20 for unskilled labor (a large portion of the project). The invoice came in at almost 70 hours, all at $55 for mediocre work. When I reluctantly paid, he billed me a 2nd invoice (the day my 1st check cleared). I told him he must have confused the charge with another client and didn't hear from him again.......until more than 1 year later when he persued legal action for the bogus invoice (coincidentally just after I moved hundreds of miles away). Came to find out, through the court system, that he's done this before with out of town owners (he must figure they'll pay his claim because it's more expensive to fight). Unvelievable. Pros: Was nice when he gave the quote and was trying to get job Cons: everything after the initial quote
