October 3, 2011Bruce, the owner of High Sierra Boat & Car Detailing must have very poor eyesite. For $85, he said he would clean the ""green"" off of the ""bottom"" of my boat. I asked if the price included the outboard also. He said yes...and would pick up my boat...take it ""somewhere"" and clean it...return it...licensed and bonded plus 25+ years of detailing....The reason I did not want my son to clean the boat was two-fold...one...we did not have the proper eye protection to clean the bottom of the boat and two....we did not want to clean it in the street as we were aware of chemicals used and did not want them to go into the storm drain. Well...it took Bruce 3 times to ""ATTEMPT"" to clean the boat.....I would not recommend this company to anyone.....there is still green on the bottom of the boat (according to him....he will not crawl on his back to clean the boat---interesting)....he cleaned the boat in my street....hmmmmm.....sounds like a violation to me...
