Review content:
We sat at our table for 20 minutes before anyone decided to come check on us. The server apologized and said she had ""just been told"" we were one of her tables. We placed drink orders and ordered calamari and naan as appetizers. Another 15 minutes passed before we received our drinks. Finally the calamari and naan arrived at the table. The calamari was tasty, with a slight zing to the sauce, but was unfortunately cold. The naan was warm and quite good. I also ordered a spinach salad. It was fresh with appropriate amounts of dressing and bleu cheese crumbles. It was a winner in my book.\r

We were 40 minutes into our evening before the server took our order. Meanwhile the soda glass and coffee cup were empty. No refill was offered. Our entrees were brought to the table. Presentation was lively without being over the top. All were proportioned as would be expected in this type of restaurant. These are not the heaping plates of food found at Claim Jumper, nor were they miniscule as is often the case at ""fine dining"" establishments.\r

At the end of the main course we all ordered individual desserts. By this time we had already spent $170 and were discussing ordering a bottle of wine to top off the evening. Our server came to our table (which was rare considering she checked on us a total of one time after our entrees were brought out) and informed us that we would have to leave because another guest had requested our specific table. We had appetizers, main course and dessert and had been at the table for a total of 90-minutes...and this includes the 20 minutes we had to wait because nobody served us!\r

Needless to say, I wasn't going to give this restaurant another penny and we decided to finish our evening elsewhere. Before leaving we spotted the Executive Chef and mentioned to him how our night had transpired. He couldn't have cared less. He was more interested in leering at the women wakling to the bar than he was at discussing our concerns.
Pros: Most of the food was flavorful and well prepared
Cons: Everything else...in particular the invisible waitstaff and insulting service
