It has been so great to find this meditation. The method is so logical and effective. I have seen my mind quickly changing from one that was often in a struggle with the world to one that is simply a peace and grateful for life! The people at the Berkeley center are so friendly and it is a very comfortable environment. If you have any curiosity about subtracting the mind, getting rid of the mental baggage, stress or anything, then this place is definitely worth giving a try!!
