I had a so-so experience with these guys. I'm still not sure who the best car service to use when I travel to NY is so I decided to give these guys a shot. Their website was impressive and their prices slightly higher than the rest, so I assumed that meant good service. \r

I had requested the Mercedes S550. It's a beautiful car to ride in, but it was late picking me up. I was waiting in the cold by the curb when an SUV with a Paris Limo sign in the window pulled up. He told me that my car was running late and to jump in with him. He said he could take me into the city, but they would rather have me wait 10-15 min for the Mercedes to get there. I appreciate that I had a car to wait in, but it was still a strange sitting in one car while waiting for the other. \r

For my return trip to the airport the following day, the driver was waiting outside my hotel, from what I saw, at least 1 hour early! That's service! However, the driver was a little strange... No joke, he was muttering to himself the whole time and listening to a bad AM traffic station (perhaps to cover up the fact that he was talking to himself). I don't mind a driver tuning in for a quick traffic update, but I only want to hear so many bad mattress store commercials and traffic updates, especially while sitting in the back of a business-class sedan.\r

The car was great, the drivers are just a little off. \r

Overall, I was satisfied, but it's still not the type of service I expect for the prices I was paying.
Pros: Great cars, easy website
Cons: Late pickup, weird driver.
