I do not recommend this company at all! I purchased my hot tub from them and after that the customer service went right out the door. I have been calling for 3 months trying to get them to repair my hot tub that is still under warentee. They still have not taken care of the problem: I get excuses like: ""We lost your work order"" ""We cant don't have the part"" ""We must have filed you away"" on and on. So if this means you need to go out of the area for service, I recommend it. Otherwise you will be out the use of your new hot tub for an extended period of time. I still have not had my repairs done and they still have not scheduled them!!!!
Cons: Never follow through on repairs!!
