Review content:
My wife and I just got back from a trip to Vegas and ate at Hugo's Cellar for the first time. I'm not sure about the two reviews before mine (They seem to have a personal beef with someone). Our experience was great. We had reservations, but arrived early and were seated anyway without issue by a friendly hostess. Our two servers were Michael and Anthony. Both of them were very attentive and knowledgeable about the food and proper restaurant etiquette. Our food was cooked to perfection and was equally as tasty. Our salad's and everyone else's salad (that I could see) were prepared in front of the tables. The price was not cheap, but at the same time I have ate at many other Vegas restaurants that cost more with much less to offer. We rarely travel off the Strip to eat, but from now on Hugo's Cellar will be one of our destinations every time we visit Vegas\r

Pros: Great food and Service
Cons: Downtown and not on the Strip
