Not sure if the previous poster is talking about the same property, summer grove. I have lived there for quite some time. Yes after Gustav in September the owners brough in about 40 people to do the clean up, so perhaps it looked like a bunch of people hanging around.\r

I have found it a quiet place to live with little problems. owners are very strick in payment so if your not going to pay on time you will be evicted. they do a background check and credit check but unless you have a poor background or credit issues they will likely okay your application.\r

the last post appeared to be a past or local person who is likely been evicted or something trying to discredit the property.
Pros: inside units are great, nice palm trees outside
Cons: outside could look be little better but its an older property
