I've been a member here since 09 , and I must say by far, the Cleanest most Upsclae gym in all of Queens for I've been to them all. The decor is magazine...the vibe is cool...the gym is immaculate...The spin room is absolutely amazing!...\r
They have 30 spin bikes, and the room is painted like your in space with cool blue lights all around, and the spin instructors especialy Cat are all great!...So many different floors and rooms, each with its own personality and vibe...Great concept!...No matter how bad your day is, when you enter this place its all good!...After all, what gym have you been to lately that greets you with a beatiful wall fountain and a friendly staff...This gym is a must see if your bored and tired with the same old same old!....Peace!\r
