Last month, I reviewed Germantown Taxi as the worst ever taxi company.\r

Well there is always worst one in this world.\r
The woman on the phone said it would be in 1 hour, never came true. 1 hour and 15 mins later I called back, she said she was very busy and start arrnging that from THEN.\r
2 hours later, we called again, she recognized my phone # and hung up 5 times. I used my husband's phone and finally she picked up the phone. When I asked where was the cab, she said, "" You are screaming at me! You are so rude!"", Firstable, I wasn't screaming at all, or rather very calm because of anger.\r
She kept saying something like that until I suggested that I talk with supervisor about her future.\r

One of the worst.\r
Never use this company.
