Review content:
I feel pretty bad writing this review, because, though they screwed up, I know they feel legitimately terrible about it. The only reason I'm posting this is because it is such an important service, and a screw up of this scale can ruin an important day.\r \r was going to propose downtown at Rockefellar park, and then further surprise the fiance with a limousine upon returning to the street. From there we would tour the city, sip champagne for a while and be dropped off at our hotel (we had just flown in from Chicago). I made detailed reservations a couple weeks prior, and was assured that everything would be taken care of. Of course, the day prior I called to confirm, and though I did receive confirmation about the service and the champagne, the receptionist did not seem as on top of things as the gentleman was two weeks prior. since I was flying in I was told to send a text message when I landed to confirm the time of pick up, which I did. However, once 12:45 rolled around (the scheduled pick up time) the limo had not arrived, and I had no calls from the service. I finally phoned the service (after giving up on the secret to the fiance) and was informed that a driver had screwed up and taken on a wedding. I received sincere apologies and an offer for use of a town car at no charge, but unfortunately there were no drivers available to use at that point. We ended up taking the subway to the hotel after enjoying the city for a bit and still had a fantastic day, but I have not heard from the service since.\r \r I regret not calling the service the next day to ask for a ride to the airport, which I know I would have been able to receive for no charge, but then again, they did not bother to call me again either to offer.\r \r Again, I have no comments on the quality of service, which I have no doubt are fantastic, only the scheduling ability. If you do use this company, make sure to get several confirmations for date, time and location prior to the event. Pros: Very friendly customer service, apologetic for their mishaps, offered free service for mistake Cons: Didn't show up, spoiled a very big surprise, didn't follow through on offer for free service
