Review content:
Having anything to do with Lyndsey Roberts and her photography business was the worst experience throughout my entire wedding planning. To start, Lyndsey was very pushy and disregarded any of my own ideas for what I wanted my wedding to look like. Any idea I came up with she would tell me it was not possible or it wasn't the best idea. Even after this I decided to give her a shot. I was irritated that she would not accept any other form of payment besides check or cash. This was very inconvenient but, yet again, I was still willing to stick with her. After our consultation, both my mother and I had emailed Lyndsey trying to set up an appointment for engagement photos and special boudoir photos. Not once did she respond to either of our emails and it was difficult catching her in her office considering she has no set hours of operation. A month before the wedding, after still trying to get in touch with Lyndsey several times, I had the stress of trying to find another photographer that I could rely on and that was open for our wedding date. Fortunately, I found someone else and I could not have been happier with the results and professionalism. I would also like to point out that Lyndsey felt it was appropriate to email me back, after months of being ignored, on the day of my wedding asking what time she should be at the wedding location. This was also a joke because she had no clue that I was having the ceremony at one site and the reception at another. This was the worst experience and I do NOT recommend Lyndsey Roberts to anyone for any sort of photography. Save your money for someone who is professional, friendly, and sincerely cares about you and your loved ones on your special day!
