I saw this had great reviews on citysearch, including an editorial award, so I brought my bridesmaid dress here to get some minor tailoring done. I called a week before the wedding to confirm the alterations were being done, and was told she was too busy to check on my dress. I called back again that day and she coldly informed me that they would not be able to get the alterations done in time, despite assuring me from the outset that the time period was fine. Now I am scrambling to get alterations!! \r

I am sure they do wonderful work, but if your item is time-sensitive, don't get stuck like me. :(
Cons: Not good customer service at all... does not get tailoring completed in time requested
