Hello, my name is Irene and I am the owner of Silhouettes and Profiles. I heard that there have been some negative reviews about my company and I'd like to offer an apology and an explanation for it. The manager of Silhouettes and Profiles had found out that they were very sick and before taking a leave of absence, was somewhat discourteous with the customers. I'd like to apologize for this and let all new and old customers know that with the manager's leave of absence, I assure all customer service and work to be attentive, considerate, and on time.
