I found this company of talented women through NYVintage where I bought a beautiful satin cocktail dress from the 50's (I think). The detail on this dress is in the folds and draping of the thing- I had to have it taken in from an 8 to 4/6 which is no easy feat. I also needed it done in a week due to the limits of an out of town wedding I was attending. I cannot express enough what a magician this woman was, and so sweet when I asked her opinion or expressed concern of any sort. She had patience and even suggested a slight hem to make it more youthful on me. This dress belongs in a museum under the heading ""Ava Gardner red carpet looks"" but it's mine. Oh yeah they even reinforced the fabric where it was beginning to fray. In a word BRILLIANT
