My cashmere sweaters are treated royally, washed, air-dried and sent home as though they had spent the day at the Great Jones Spa.
It's an addictive experience to have your laundry treated like it must be at the White House. Your personal detergent, fabric softener, and temperature preferences are stored in their computer.
Or bring in your own bottles and they'll write your name on them for you. Brown Bag provides a white glove experience.
